How AZ Bridge Establishment handles personal data when you use AZ English.

1. Who handles your data

AZ Bridge Establishment operates AZ English and determines how personal data is used for our course administration, customer support and business records. The contact details on this page are also the contact for privacy requests. EZYCourse, FastSpring and other providers may have their own responsibilities for processing described in their privacy notices.

2. Data collected and its sources

We obtain information you enter when registering, enrolling, paying or contacting us: name, email, optional contact/profile details, account information, support messages and order records. The platform also records enrollments, learning progress, assessment answers, attempts and results, and technical information such as IP address, browser, device and usage logs. Payment providers collect payment and billing information; we receive relevant order, payment-status and refund information rather than your full card number.

3. Purposes, required information and choices

We use the necessary information to create and secure accounts, deliver paid access, record learning activity, answer requests, handle refunds, prevent misuse and meet legal record-keeping obligations. Required fields are identified when collected; without necessary account or payment information, enrollment may not be possible. Optional analytics and promotional communications require the appropriate choice or consent. Buying a course does not by itself subscribe you to optional marketing.

4. Providers and disclosure

EZYCourse provides the hosted website, account and learning platform. FastSpring handles transactions processed through its checkout, including payment, billing, tax and fraud administration. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are used for website measurement in accordance with analytics choices. We disclose information where necessary to deliver services, address security issues or comply with legal requirements. We do not sell learners’ personal data. Provider privacy links appear below.

5. Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies support sign-in, security and website functions. Optional analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and device, browser and interaction information to understand visits and improve the site. Use the cookie notice to make your choice. You can restrict or remove cookies through browser settings and contact us for help changing an analytics choice. Optional marketing can be stopped using the unsubscribe option or by contacting us.

6. Processing outside Saudi Arabia

Our providers may process information outside Saudi Arabia. EZYCourse describes hosting in Germany and other international processing; FastSpring describes US processing; Google operates internationally. Their notices explain further locations and practices. International transfers must be handled subject to applicable Saudi data-protection requirements. Contact us for information about the recipients and safeguards relevant to your data.

7. Retention and security

We retain account and learning records for the purposes of providing access, supporting learners and resolving related requests. Order and financial records are retained for applicable legal, tax and dispute requirements. We review retention when those purposes end and delete or irreversibly anonymise data that is no longer needed, unless retention is legally required. We use appropriate account, access and organisational safeguards; no system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights and privacy requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request information about processing, access and a readable copy, correction or completion, and deletion where permitted. You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing; this does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Contact us using the details on this page, preferably from your registered email. We may reasonably verify identity and will respond within applicable legal time limits. You may also raise a concern with the competent Saudi data-protection authority.

9. Learners requiring guardian consent and policy updates

Where a learner lacks the legal capacity to provide required consent, a parent or legal guardian must contact us before enrollment so that the appropriate consent arrangements can be made. We address guardian requests and the learner’s rights under applicable law. We update this notice when practices change and show the effective date; material new consent-based uses require an appropriate new choice.

1. الجهة المسؤولة عن البيانات

تدير مؤسسة بريدج زد إيه موقع AZ English وتحدد كيفية استخدام البيانات الشخصية لإدارة دوراتها ودعم عملائها وسجلات أعمالها. ويمكن إرسال طلبات الخصوصية إلى بيانات التواصل الواردة في هذه الصفحة. وقد تكون لمنصة EZYCourse وFastSpring وغيرهما مسؤوليات مستقلة عن بعض المعالجات كما توضّح سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها.

2. البيانات التي نجمعها ومصادرها

نحصل على البيانات التي تقدّمها عند التسجيل أو الالتحاق أو الدفع أو التواصل، مثل الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وبيانات الملف والتواصل الاختيارية ومعلومات الحساب ورسائل الدعم وسجلات الطلبات. وتسجّل المنصة الالتحاق والتقدّم وإجابات التقييمات ومحاولاتها ونتائجها، وبيانات تقنية مثل عنوان IP والمتصفح والجهاز وسجلات الاستخدام. تجمع جهة الدفع بيانات الدفع والفوترة، ونتلقى معلومات الطلب وحالة الدفع والاسترداد اللازمة دون رقم بطاقتك الكامل.

3. أغراض المعالجة والبيانات اللازمة والخيارات

نستخدم البيانات اللازمة لإنشاء الحسابات وتأمينها وإتاحة الوصول المدفوع وتسجيل التعلّم والرد على الطلبات ومعالجة الاسترداد ومنع إساءة الاستخدام والوفاء بمتطلبات حفظ السجلات النظامية. تُبيَّن الحقول المطلوبة عند جمعها؛ وقد يتعذّر التسجيل دون بيانات الحساب أو الدفع اللازمة. تخضع التحليلات الاختيارية والرسائل الترويجية للخيار أو الموافقة المناسبة. ولا يعني شراء دورة وحده الاشتراك في التسويق الاختياري.

4. مقدمو الخدمات والإفصاح

توفر EZYCourse استضافة الموقع والحسابات وبيئة التعلّم. وتعالج FastSpring العمليات التي تتم عبر نظام الدفع الخاص بها، بما يشمل الدفع والفوترة والضرائب وإدارة الاحتيال. وتُستخدم Google Analytics وGoogle Tag Manager لقياس استخدام الموقع وفق خيارات التحليلات. نفصح عن المعلومات عند الحاجة لتقديم الخدمة أو معالجة مشكلات أمنية أو تنفيذ متطلبات نظامية. ولا نبيع البيانات الشخصية للمتعلمين. وترد روابط سياسات مقدمي الخدمات أدناه.

5. ملفات الارتباط والتحليلات

تساعد ملفات الارتباط الضرورية في تسجيل الدخول والأمان ووظائف الموقع. وقد تستخدم التحليلات الاختيارية ملفات ارتباط أو معرّفات مشابهة وبيانات الجهاز والمتصفح والتفاعل لفهم الزيارات وتحسين الموقع. استخدم إشعار ملفات الارتباط عند ظهوره لتحديد خيارك. ويمكنك تقييد الملفات أو حذفها عبر إعدادات المتصفح والتواصل معنا للمساعدة في تعديل خيار التحليلات. ويمكن إيقاف التسويق الاختياري عبر إلغاء الاشتراك أو بالتواصل معنا.

7. الاحتفاظ والأمان

نحتفظ بسجلات الحساب والتعلّم لأغراض إتاحة الوصول ودعم المتعلمين ومعالجة الطلبات المرتبطة. وتُحفظ سجلات الطلبات والسجلات المالية للمتطلبات النظامية والضريبية وتسوية النزاعات ذات الصلة. ونراجع الاحتفاظ عند انتهاء الأغراض ونحذف البيانات غير اللازمة أو نزيل إمكانية التعرف على أصحابها بصورة لا رجعة فيها، ما لم يلزم حفظها نظامًا. ونستخدم تدابير مناسبة للحسابات والوصول والتنظيم؛ ولا يمكن لأي نظام ضمان الأمان المطلق.

8. حقوقك وطلبات الخصوصية

9. المتعلمون الذين تتطلب حالتهم موافقة ولي والتحديثات

إذا لم تتوافر لدى المتعلّم الأهلية النظامية لإعطاء الموافقة المطلوبة، فيجب أن يتواصل معنا وليه أو وصيه النظامي قبل التسجيل لترتيب الموافقات المناسبة. ونتعامل مع طلبات الولي وحقوق المتعلّم وفق الأنظمة المطبّقة. نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيّر الممارسات مع بيان تاريخ النفاذ، وتتطلب الأغراض الجديدة الجوهرية القائمة على الموافقة خيارًا جديدًا مناسبًا.
