Terms and Conditions

Website and course-use terms for AZ English, operated by AZ Bridge Establishment.

1. Scope and operator

These terms govern your use of the AZ English website and learning services. The STEP offer below applies specifically to the STEP Preparation Course. Check the description of any other service before booking it. Contact us using the business details on this page for questions or complaints.

2. STEP price and payment

The course price is SAR 299, paid once, before applicable taxes. The checkout displays the applicable taxes and final amount before you confirm payment. There is no automatic renewal or recurring course charge. Price changes for future orders do not change an existing purchase.

3. What the course includes

The self-paced online course includes 16 interactive modules, 344 practice questions, a 100-question diagnostic, 16 module progress checks, two application assessments, and two timed mock exams of 100 questions each. A suitable device, current browser, internet connection and audio playback are needed. Official STEP exam registration and exam fees are not included.

4. Digital delivery and access

Access is provided online through the account used for enrollment after payment confirmation. Your access lasts at least six calendar months from the date of successful purchase. The course has no fixed class times. Contact technical support if your paid access is missing or interrupted; we will investigate and arrange appropriate access or a remedy under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

5. Technical support

Technical support covers help signing in, accessing the content and using the course platform. This package does not include live teaching, individual coaching, personal explanations of lessons or personalised tutor feedback and answer correction. Learning outcomes depend on your starting level, participation and preparation; no particular STEP score or admission outcome is guaranteed.

6. Accounts, guardians and permitted use

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details private. A purchase must be made by a person with the legal capacity to contract, or through an authorised parent or guardian where required. Contact us before enrolling a learner who requires guardian consent. Course access is personal: do not share accounts, resell, publicly distribute or copy protected course materials without permission, or interfere with the platform or other learners.

7. Refunds and payment terms

The STEP course has a 14-calendar-day full-refund policy, including where you have accessed the course. Read our Refund Policy for the request process and access consequences. Where FastSpring is identified at checkout, its Terms of Sale govern that payment transaction; these terms govern use of our course and website. Mandatory customer rights remain unaffected.

8. Fair changes and applicable rights

We may improve course presentation or update these terms for future use, showing the effective date. We will not use an update to retrospectively reduce paid access or remove accrued refund rights. Saudi law applies to our website and course-use obligations where applicable. Nothing in these terms excludes a remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. النطاق والجهة المشغّلة

تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدام موقع AZ English وخدماته التعليمية. وينطبق عرض STEP الموضّح أدناه على دورة الاستعداد لاختبار STEP تحديدًا. يُرجى مراجعة وصف أي خدمة أخرى قبل حجزها، ويمكن التواصل معنا بالبيانات الواردة في هذه الصفحة للاستفسارات والشكاوى.

2. سعر دورة STEP والدفع

سعر الدورة 299 ريالًا سعوديًا تُدفع مرة واحدة، قبل الضريبة المطبّقة. يعرض الدفع الضريبة والمبلغ النهائي قبل تأكيد الشراء. لا يوجد تجديد تلقائي أو رسم دوري للدورة. ولا تغيّر الأسعار الجديدة للطلبات المستقبلية سعر شراء سابق.

3. محتوى الدورة ومتطلباتها

تشمل الدورة الإلكترونية ذاتية التعلّم 16 وحدة تفاعلية، و344 سؤالًا تدريبيًا، واختبارًا تشخيصيًا من 100 سؤال، و16 اختبار تقدّم، واختبارين لتطبيق المهارات، واختبارين تجريبيين بوقت محدد من 100 سؤال لكل منهما. يلزم جهاز مناسب ومتصفح حديث واتصال بالإنترنت وإمكانية تشغيل الصوت. ولا تشمل الدورة التسجيل في اختبار STEP الرسمي أو رسومه.

4. تسليم الدورة ومدة الوصول

تُتاح الدورة إلكترونيًا عبر حساب التسجيل بعد تأكيد الدفع. تستمر صلاحية الوصول ستة أشهر ميلادية على الأقل من تاريخ إتمام الشراء. لا توجد مواعيد حضور ثابتة. إذا لم يتوفر الوصول بعد الدفع أو تعذّر استخدامه، فتواصل مع الدعم التقني للتحقق وإتاحة الوصول أو معالجة الأمر وفق سياسة الاسترداد والأنظمة المطبّقة.

5. الدعم التقني

يشمل الدعم التقني المساعدة في تسجيل الدخول والوصول إلى المحتوى واستخدام منصة الدورة. لا تشمل الباقة تدريسًا مباشرًا أو تدريبًا فرديًا أو شرحًا شخصيًا للدروس أو ملاحظات وتصحيحًا فرديًا من المدرّب. تعتمد النتائج على المستوى الأولي والمشاركة والاستعداد؛ ولا نضمن درجة محددة في STEP أو قبولًا دراسيًا.

6. الحسابات والأولياء والاستخدام المسموح

قدّم بيانات حساب صحيحة وحافظ على سرية بيانات الدخول. يجب أن يتم الشراء ممن تتوافر لديه الأهلية النظامية للتعاقد، أو من خلال ولي أو وصي مخوّل عند الحاجة. تواصل معنا قبل تسجيل متعلّم تتطلب حالته موافقة وليه. الوصول شخصي؛ فلا تجوز مشاركة الحساب أو إعادة بيع المحتوى أو نشره أو نسخه دون إذن، أو الإضرار بالمنصة أو بالمتعلمين الآخرين.

7. الاسترداد وشروط عملية الدفع

تتيح دورة STEP استردادًا كاملًا خلال 14 يومًا تقويميًا، حتى بعد الوصول إلى الدورة. توضح سياسة الاسترداد طريقة الطلب وأثر الاسترداد على الوصول. عندما تكون FastSpring هي الجهة المحددة عند الدفع، تخضع عملية البيع لشروط البيع الخاصة بها، بينما تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدام الدورة والموقع. ولا ينتقص ذلك من الحقوق النظامية الإلزامية للمستهلك.

8. التحديثات والحقوق المطبّقة

قد نحسّن عرض محتوى الدورة أو نحدّث الشروط للاستخدام المستقبلي مع بيان تاريخ النفاذ. ولا نستخدم التحديث لتقليل مدة وصول مدفوعة بأثر رجعي أو إلغاء حق استرداد قائم. تسري الأنظمة السعودية على التزاماتنا المتعلقة بالموقع واستخدام الدورة حيث تنطبق. ولا تستبعد هذه الشروط أي حق أو مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها نظامًا.
